YSE: the traineeship for plucky young professionals with high potential.

Noting the demand from customers and talented individuals for a professional traineeship, YSE was founded in September 2007 under the Kirkman Company flag. Both clients and recent

graduates require a professional programme in which intensive guidance and development of young talent occupy centre stage. YSE fulfils this need.

YSE enables young talented individuals to develop themselves over a period of at most two years. Entrepreneurship, courage and safeguarding authenticity are essential in this regard. YSE is of the opinion that those on the programme should be given plenty of freedom to make decisions and follow a path of development of which they themselves approve. The atmosphere within YSE is characterized by passion and energy with the credo being: ‘Better to fall short in style than not to try at all!’ Besides hard work, YSE also provides ample room for fun activities and relaxation. Work hard, play hard.

YSE is the organization providing the traineeship scheme for Kirkman Company under the name: YSE, powered by Kirkman Company. YSE does not just work for Kirkman Company, however. YSE is an independent organization that develops traineeships for a wide range of customers. This provides organizations with the opportunity to have their own YSE In-company programme.
