Co-creating Social Enterprises

We live in a world that is changing rapidly. We regard these changes as opportunities and positive developments. One of the changes we are seeing is that companies, whose sole focus is maximizing profit, are no longer assured of their right to exist in the long run. This is because customers no longer want to buy their products, employees no longer want to work for these companies and because a good leader should not want to focus solely on maximizing profit.

Kirkman Company believes that companies should strive towards creating social value. To do this sustainably, profit is needed. We call this:

Kirkman Company does not want it to be just customers that create this impact. We strive to do so ourselves as well. For that reason our mission statement is: “We want to be the driving force behind a movement that inspires and changes organizations to contribute to a world in which People, Planet & Profit are in equilibrium.”

In short, we want to contribute and co-create a society and economic system. Within this society, we will manage our actions and our legacy in a conscious. In this way, we can innovate and work together without this being to the detriment of anyone or anything else.
